When I click on the link "need info" I go back to the initial page, I can not answer your request for this fact

you need to go to enforcement and file a case review. Read the code of conduct first and as much information as possible on the site, as there is a questionnaire to fill before a case review. Also
if it is a 24hr suspension, there is no case review option.

How to get parental account off

Phone support cannot remove the email or reset the password, by all means call them, but don't expect a quick and easy answer. You will most likely need to fill out a questionnaire in order to change the parental password which will not only take up to
24 hours but also not resolve your issue. Once you get the response from the questionnaire, you will need to call support back to have them escalate the issue, which will take 5 more days. Good luck, and P.S. you will want to remember the parental password
when you turn 18, because you will need that info to promote the account.

If your suspension was issues by the enforcement team of xbox live you should read the Code of Conduct to fill the questionnaire. All you need to know is there.

The only way to do a case review is to fill out the questionnaire. It is in place, to answer questions on the code of conduct. If you are failing the questionnaire you may want to read the

code of conduct so you can pass the questionnaire. Once you pass it, you can fill out the case review. A support agent will not be able to do anything with this, only enforcement can.

i guess but enforcement doesn't know what they're doing someone filled out the questionnaire they give you got unbanned when he used the N word but you know ill try
