    Impossible to cancel my Xbox subscription


    Since may 2019 I have been paying 6.99 Euro's every month through paypal, which Is connected to my e-mail address.

    Now, when I log in to my account (with the same e-mail address I get my subscription e-mails on) on xbox.com, or Microsoft.com It doesn't matter where I look, I can't find where I pay the subscription.

    Every possible way of getting help is completely impossible thanks to the useless virtual agents of Microsoft, and I still have to pay 6.99 every god damn month because no one can help me.

    Is there any normal person that can help me in a phone call and sort this problem out?

    That is the only way this can be helped, and not by some messages I get on this question or whatever.

    I just need a human being that understands how this can be solved, and also can help me figure it out

    Just log into the account that has the subscription, locate the subscription and click ''manage'', you can turn off recurring charges or click ''cancel'' and receive a refund.

    If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft Virtual Agent

    Then just type in “agent” and select the issue.

    Select either of the option “Call me back” or “chat”

    Note that only the support can help in such situations since they have the appropriate tools to do so!
