Impossible to access to Xbox (beta)

When I try to login via app to my microsoft account I receive the following error message: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.

No problem logging in via browser. I succesfully purcased the game pass (using a web browser) but I can't play any game bacause since I'm not logged in in the PC app the site tell me that I have no device linked to my account.

The account is my main and only microsoft account and it works on different apps and for the pc login.

Its impossible to use Xbox access on PC without beta app.

Hi Giulioll,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues signing in. Would like you to try a few steps see if it helps.

Try this:

1.Press Win+R, type gpedit.msc in the
Run box,, and then click OK.

2.Under Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options.

3.In the Policy pane, right-click Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication, click Properties, click
Disabled, and then click OK.

Hey there Young! The link that Hosanna posted has three buttons on the page: "How to Access the Beta [PC]", "How to Access the Beta [PS3]", and "How to Access the Beta [Xbox 360]". Just click on "How to Access the Beta [Xbox 360]" and it walks you through
the steps. ^_^

According to the faq, it could take up to 3 full business days (Mon-Fri) to gain access to the beta forums. Because the signups for the beta were Friday, that means it could take until Wednesday to gain access. If you don't have access by tomorrow, go ahead
and post a request for access.
