    Impossible Gamerpic


    Hello,

    More than 1 month that I can not change my Gamerpic. The image is ok no error message during the upload. Only me does not see the modification of my Gamerpic, my friends, see my new Gamerpic. I contacted your services via Tweeter, by phone, nobody knows
    why.

    I reset the console completely, same problem.

    I changed Gamerpic several times, nothing changes, I can only choose a native Gamerpic.

    I tested from the console, since 3 different computers, since the application XBox for Windows 10 nothing changes.

    On the advice of your media (phone and Tweeter) I come back to you for a resolution.

    My gamerpic seems to be wrong

    This is impossible. I've buyed the Toronto Raptors gamerpic pack, not Charlotte Bobcats.

    Hi there!

    If your account is a child/teen account there would be no way for us to change that. It will automatically graduate to an adult account once it reaches the proper age.

    Keep in mind that changing the age of the account after creation will not change that graduation date.

    Well, you've already got one. All the gamerpics are free apparently, so I'm guessing they were some sort of promotional items. That usually makes it hard/impossible to get this long after the release. Your best bet is to find somebody with the pictures and
    ask them how they obtained the pictures.
