    j'aimerai avoir des détails sur ce message qui me bloque en fait dans l'utilisation du jeu.

    Bonsoir et merci de vos explications, je ne joue pas sur téléphone android, je joue sur pc, windows 8, le jeu est installé depuis le windows store.

    Pouvez vous m'indiquer la marche suivre que vous venez de me donner dans le précédent message pour vérifier, merci.

    J'ai déj vérifié mon historique d'achat et il est jour de l'achat que j'ai fait et qui n'est pas le même que je souhaite faire.

    Ceci serait un nouveau achat.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to check the game content. When you get that message it means it is registering as you already own it. go to my games and apps>highlight the game>hit the start(menu)button>go to manage game>look under ready to
    install see if the pack shows there. Also check installed and see if the pack shows installed. You can also check your

    order history     to see if you have purchased it in the past.
