Try installing the update again.

1. Restart your console.
2. Press the Guide button on your controller.
3. Go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
4. Select Network Settings.
5. Select Wired Network or your wireless network name (if prompted to do so).
6. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
7. Select Yes if you’re prompted to update your console software.

If this does not fix the problem, removing the temporary files on your console might solve the problem. See How
to clear the cache on Xbox 360. After clearing the cache, try the update again.
