    Bonjour tous.

    En date du 30 Juin 2020, il est toujours impossible de joindre qui que ce soit au support Xbox:

    - Le support en ligne est fermé, quelque soit la nature de la demande. ("Les appels téléphoniques et les conversations ne sont pas disponibles pour ce problème.") Et ça fait des semaines que cela dure.

    - Le SAV par téléphone ne répond plus. Il s'agit d'une boîte vocale qui renvoie vers xbox.com, avant de raccrocher automatiquement.

    Autrement dit, il n'y a personne.Que se passe t-il chez Microsoft pour que personne ne réponde, quel que soit le moyen de communication ? On ne peut plus contacter qui que ce soit chez Xbox. C'est grave ! Alors, comment fait-on en cas
    de problème ? Et notamment un problème avec du contenu déj payé ?
