Impossible d'acheter un jeu Xbox 360 rétrocompatible sur le Microsoft Store Xbox One - ...

Je suis sur Xbox One S, je n'ai jamais eu de Xbox 360 mais j'aimerais acheter le jeu Deus Ex Human Revolution, un jeu x360 rétrocompatible qui est un prix plus qu'avantageux :

J'ai tout d'abord essayé d'acheter ce jeu depuis le Microsoft Store de ma XoneS, puis sur le site ci-dessus.. J'ai dans les 2 cas l'erreur suivante :

I first tried to buy this game from the Microsoft Store of my XoneS, then on the site above.. I have in 2 cases the following error:

Étant donné que je suis sur ma Xbox, ça sent déj pas bon du tout cette histoire. En faisant plusieurs recherche, je suis tombé sur plusieurs pistes qui pourrait m'aider mais rien de bien convaincant :

- Il pourrait s'agir d'un problème de famille Microsoft, dans l'onglet famille de la gestion des comptes. Il se pourrait que mon compte soit considéré comme un compte enfant et qu'il n'ai pas la permission de faire des achats x360 autre
part que sur un x360. J'ai donc suivi ces instructions : et j'ai mis mon compte dans un famille en tant que compte adulte (j'ai créé un autre compte adulte pour inviter mon compte normal en tant qu'adulte). Ensuite, en me connectant sur Xbox.com avec le nouveau compte que j'ai créé,
je suis allé dans les paramètres de confidentialité Xbox sur mon profil pour régler tout "autorisé" pour le compte enfant qui du coup apparait dans la liste puisque que c'est un enfant géré par un compte adulte. Ca n'a pas marché, j'ai toujours le même problème.
Il y a peut-être des étapes en plus faire mais je suis complètement perdu et si quelqu'un peut m'aider il est le bienvenu.

- Cet achat ne peut être fait qu' partir d'une Xbox 360, et l je suis bien embêté parce que je n'ai pas de Xbox 360 et je ne connais personne qui en a. Cette solution est donc totalement inaccessible pour moi.

- Il faut promouvoir le compte Xbox Live en tant que compte adulte dans les paramètres d'une Xbox 360
: et l je suis encore dans l'impossibilité totale d'essayer cette méthode.


- J'ai aussi contacté le support Xbox par chat qui m'a dit qu'il n'était possible d'acheter ce jeu que depuis une Xbox 360 mais n'a pas pu me donner aucun détail et je doute de cette méthode car de très nombreuses personnes disent que
même comme ça, le problème peut être toujours présent. Je trouve tout cela assez étrange qu'il faille 2 consoles pour acheter un jeu.

Je commence donc en avoir assez marre de chercher des solutions ce problème qui me semble stérile et je viens vous demander si quelqu'un sur cette communauté pourrait m'aider, même un tout petit peu. Toute aide est la bienvenue.

Bonjour, j'ai 18 ans et mon compte Xbox est toujours répertorié comme enfant sur ma Xbox One. Je précise que c'est le compte de ma mère qui régit mon compte mais quand je vais sur le compte parent de ma mère pour régler les restrictions au sujet de mon compte
tout est mis sur adulte. Je dois donc être autorisé acheter des jeux sur le marché Xbox avec ma carte bancaire. Mais ça ne marche pas! J'ai paramétré mes informations bancaires sur mon compte tout est bon puis quand j'essaye d'acheter Rahman 3 HD sur le
marché sur ma Xbox One, cela m'indique : " Désolé. Votre compte ne permet pas d'effectuer ce genre d'achat sur Xbox.com. Veuillez finaliser cette transaction depuis votre Xbox." Comment régler ce problème ? Comment réellement passer mon compte enfant un
compte adulte et faire sauter le contrôle du compte parent sur le mien ?

other problem:

-the #Forzathon doesn't works (I never receive my presents)

-I had to create a 2nd account to add it on my "family" because when I tried to go to "Xbox Profile" or to "confidentiality" The website always redirect me on "support>add a person to your family"
