    Quand je vais dans 'mon compte microsoft' > Autres actions > modifier le profile et que je vais dans accéder a votre profil Xbox il m'est impossible d'accéder a cette page ça m'emmène sur https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings
    pourtant je suis compte adulte ….

    Thanks for your post. Do you mind describing what you see selected when accessing the Xbox Live Privacy & Online Safety Settings? What exactly are you attempting to do with your profile when you receive a message about your privacy settings?

    There are 3 preset permission lists for a child, teen, and adult defaults; you also have the option for custom settings if you prefer to detail them a certain way.

    Please keep us updated so we may best help resolve this issue.
