    Impossibility to buy


    I'm not allowed to buy a new subscription (the one with a discount for 3 months= 7.99 euros) because an error message appears saying "in order to buy this one, you need an adult". My mother tried through my account but she didn't manage. Can you help me?

    Alan Wake, missing DLC after reedeming code from the Quantum Break box

    As Muthafodder said, the issue really is that the xbox platform reflects not ownership of game and dlc's, With the impossibility to download the content to the Xbox 360. The system is prompting to purchase the contents at full price.

    I'm assuming it needs to be done via the parental account for your account but if that account is unknown to you, it might be best to contact Xbox Support, so they can check if and what the parental account is, that may help determine the steps that need
    to be taken.

    It might also help to check some privacy settings at
    http://account.xbox.com/settings     to see if that will trigger the steps needed.
