When looking at a Microsoft account, it is an amalgamation of different services [Xbox, Outlook, Bing, Office 365, etc.]. Currently, you can't move your services from one Microsoft account to another.

It is not possible to transfer content between 2 different MS accounts. The best thing you could probably do is to use aliases without removing your own address otherwise it will get cancelled.

Il te faut transférer l'intégralité de ton DD vers le nouveau disque de ta Slim (250 Go ?) excepté les jeux installés depuis un support DVD.



Pour ce faire tu peux utiliser le kit de transfert MS (utile dans le cas d'un contenu important, rapide) ou bien via un périphérique usb (16 Go max).



Il faudra ensuite effectuer le
tranfert des licences et pour finaliser le processus, télécharger nouveau l'intégralité de ton
Historique des téléchargements.

Perhaps there could be a disc already in your console that you may be unable to dislodge normally.

I would recommend
manually ejecting the disc from the console, and see if this allows for other discs to be inserted into the console.

Après avoir examiné votre problème, j’ai trouvé un article sur les forums Age of Empire qui semble très similaire. Il semble que votre client est obsolète et que vous devez effectuer une mise niveau vers un nouveau client en procédant comme suit :

Il est important de vous assurer que votre appareil exécute Windows 10 version 1903 pour pouvoir lire le nouveau client.

1.Ouvrez le Microsoft Store . Vous pouvez le faire en appuyant sur la touche Windows, puis en tapant 'Stocker'.

2. Recherchez Age of Empires: Definitive Edition .

3. Cliquez sur la vignette Age of Empires: Definitive Edition pour accéder la page de la boutique.

4. Cliquez sur Obtenir. Le jeu doit être automatiquement ajouté votre bibliothèque.

5. Cliquez sur Installer pour commencer télécharger le jeu.
