the output is only a "mash object" of the character without bones

But this is not the main problem. The thing is, I want to teach the character to move and started doing the model properties manually, but then the problems started. Due to the fact that the model is not in the T-position, access to some details of the object is not available and later it turned out that they do not exist at all. For example, the hand " in the standard position is included in the texture". But I somehow got there and was able to isolate the hand but when moving it just separates from the body

--In the "mash object" itself, I did not make any changes and did not separate the polygons, I just used weight paint.--

In the avatar editor itself, everything is fine with the hands.

I would like to ask: is it possible to get an avatar in T-pose or access the app's animations and import them into the 3d editor " blender"?

Dude, thank you so much! I suffered with this for 2 days and could not understand what was wrong, it turns out that this was solved by two clicks XD

Hi! This problem is solved very simply. According to the screenshots apparently you tried to bind the mesh to the bones automatically, but you did not succeed and started doing it manually, which is a big mistake. In order to solve this problem, you need to remove the duplicate faces. You can do this by selecting the mash [A button] object by going to edit mode. Next to the mode selection section, there will be a button mash->clean up->Merge by distance. If you are not satisfied with the automatic adjustment you already know what to do and in this case your hands will be all right.

They kinda gave up on Xbox games that use your Avatar when it came to Xbox One. The 360 use to do it all the time but Avatar's just aren't important anymore.

Deck out your Xbox Original Avatar, and then import it to take the place of your gamerpic or new avatar. To import your original avatar:

Launch the Xbox Avatar Editor app.

Select Xbox Original Avatar, and then choose your original avatar.

Select Import.

Within a few moments, your Xbox Original Avatar will once again represent you across Xbox.

If you want to use your Xbox Original Avatar as your gamerpic, use the Xbox Original Avatars app. Only new avatars are able to use the Photobooth feature in the Xbox Avatar Editor.
