Bonjour,

Je viens de me rendre compte aujourd'hui que mon abonnement Xbox live s'est renouvelé il y a quelques jours. Résultat : je me retrouve avec 39,99€ d'impayés. Je souhaite savoir s'il est possible d'annuler mon abonnement en cours,
sachant notamment que je me suis abstenu de jouer en ligne afin de montrer ma bonne foi. C'est assez problématique, d'autant que je comptais me réabonner prochainement ... donc ce n'est pas vraiment un client de perdu pour Xbox !

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to cancel a past due subscription. Unfortunately, a past
due subscription is not able to be cancelled until the past due is paid.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with an overdue subscription. Unfortunately, you will need to pay the past due to cancel the subscription. There is no way of cancelling it when it is past due. Once you pay the past due
you can
cancel the subscription immediately.
