I am using xbox live home share. I have bought several games and got achievements but I never get any rewards points at the end of the month anymore please help. gamer tag

Something seems to be wrong with my rewards account, as I have only ever received one deposit in 4 years.

Can you please check, especially for this month's mission?

Hi C To The Dot. We've looked into your account and it is working as it should. Since you don't have a Gold membership associated to this gametag, you are recognized as a Free member in the program. Your purchases are going towards your MyVIP progress. Once
you unlock a Star level, you'll begin earning payback on your eligible purchases. We do not award Credits for earning Achievements unless it is part of an offer, like our current RoboRewards offer. To see how you can earn Credits, check out your MyMissions

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to have received credits, your purchases either had to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you needed to have at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hi TomWhitt Smoked. A deposit was made to your account of 20,000 Credits. The remaining 4,000 will be deposited on April 12th.

Credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Also, 24,000 credits is equal to £19.20
