Imaginesim DFW for MSFS 2020

Discus and support Imaginesim DFW for MSFS 2020 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I downloaded this add on airport via the Microsoft Store.     Imaginesim DFW for MSFS 2020


    I downloaded this add on airport via the Microsoft Store. It downloaded but when I went in the simulator it doesn't load or show up as a new airport. All that's there is the Asobo DFW. Please advise how to handle as this product costs $34. I reached out to Imaginesim and they said it must be a problem within the sim.
