Image viewing issues

I sent my friend a long time ago on the 10th July 2021 to be exact some photos, which I now want to get access to I can view them on the xbox but there is no save option on the xbox itself through my messages with him, I attempted to do it on the PC, but on the PC I see a message saying 'This content is unavailable' Can anyone help me?

So I can view the images on my Xbox but I cannot see them on the PC, I want to save them to my computer, My xbox does have an external hard drive, yes.

Hello again,correct, but would images or messages be that you try to see on your PC, and where this is stored, would it be on your Xbox, on some external disk?

Hello Sonny, when referring to photos you'd like to access, are you talking about accessing a file locally on Xbox or via internal network?

What about the messages, what messages you're talking about, would they be those from the Xbox messaging center?

Are on BT Broadband?, if so check check your BT Setting by going to Internet explorer in the Xbox one interface.
