Image Only in Top Left and Streaks Across

Hi you could try checking the hetrtz mode in the display options check your console after you change the setting this might work. Good luck

Thanks for the replies. I actually sorted the problem out. It was a weird bug with my Samsung TV. Everything appeared normal until turning on the Xbox, but after I gave up on fixing it I went over to Netflix (Smart TV menu), where again everything looked
fine, until I started playing a show, and the exact same thing happened with the picture.

I power cycled the TV and everything went back to normal. I'm guessing it was a weird bug with video playback, but it was simple to fix.

Thank you for reaching out. We see your current picture (or lack of) makes doing anything on your Xbox practically impossible. We'll try our best to get you back on your way to stopping Handsome Jack. If you haven't already done so, try a simply

power cycle on your console.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
   

In addition to this, try a different HDMI port on your TV or a different HDMI cable all together. This should start painting a picture as to where the main problem lies. Be sure to let us know how it goes!
