Image area adjustment on tv

Hello, how can i set up image area adjustment on xbox one s? Calibration menu and tv settings not working. May be there is a sevirce menu for developers on xbox to fix this problem

Have you checked other TV's to see if it works? It could just be the TV itself and you may have to go to their support page for resolutions.

why exactly are the calibration menu and tv settings not working?

Also, what cable are you using to connect to the TV?

Be sure that the console is set to 720p or 1080i since any bigger is not supported by the TV from what I can see when searching the internet for your TV

As far as I know, there is no specific service menu for developers to fix this problem.

Calibration picture on xbox menu is working, the problem is with image position changing on tv menu, its blocked “because of the connection”.

I asked because for example on ps there is a feature to change image position directly via ps settings
