    I'm Xbox Gold member. But Xbox Rewards is not apply Gold member's Back of purchase %.


    I'm Xbox Gold member. but In Xbox Rewards, I'm not Glod member.

    Of cause I can play multiplayer, I can get "Games with Gold" titles, and any other Gold member service...

    But Xbox Rewards, My Back % ( 3 VIP Star Rank) is 3%.

    and shows "You could be earning 6% by going Gold".

    Please fix it and give me enough Points.

    Free Killer Instinct or even Xbox One for "dedicated Xbox Gamers"

    No email for me either, have about 30k gamerscore and xbox live member from original xbox days with no breaks in between and paid up gold member to 2015 having also preordered a day one xb1 and had to purchase 3 x 360 this generation and thats before purchasing online dlc etc..

    Please can someone help me get my gamertag recognised as a gold member on Xbox rewards?

    Hi. I returned to being a gold member for the past month and have just just renewed my subscription. At the top of the myrewards page in green leeters is "upgrade to gold".. When I go to Xbox rewards and then to "mystats" and it always opens a window
    that asks me to upgrade to gold - but I'm already gold.

    I've made quite a few marketplace purchases this past month and if I'm not registered on rewards as gold I'm guessing I'm not getting any rebate on my purchases (my gamerscore is 15000+).

    Please help!

    It takes 96 hours for our program to receive and process new data. Since your subscription recently ended, we are still in the process of receiving and processing your new renewal subscription. Your account should be properly updated within 4 days to reflect
    your Gold status once this data is fully processed.

    Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
