I'm very dissatisfied with Xbox, I have requests for your improvement

Hello, Xbox is currently dissatisfying me, i have some feedback even though this is the opinions section, I'm trying to help on how to improve Xbox and it's services, for example the enforcement team, I got once banned for unfair reasons, I was bullied and
told the person to stop in a not nice way, why? because they were harassing me too much, I was playing the game peacefully, until the person joined and started bullying me, reason why I wasn't reporting is because I wanted to see what he could type for evidence,
because you people don't put attention in-game and in bans, I'm saying this because the enforcement team just goes into the 'believer' side when someone gets reported / banned, (With believer side I mean that they think it's true when they really didn't put
attention on what happened, something else in improvements is the online services when banned, I know they deserve a suspension, but it doesn't mean that you need to block everything for one day, it's unfair how Xbox sometimes does it's decisions (Like I said
earlier) because blocking everything will dissatisfy customers, some of my friends have a PlayStation (I'm not saying this to bother) and from what I can see is that they do put attention in bans, have better graphics, and when banned they don't block everything,
Xbox even bans for things that aren't even offensive, one day my friend got banned for saying that spaghetti and meatballs don't taste good and I laughed so bad at your decisions, please take this as feedback and improve Xbox like it was before, I wonder why
Xbox always updates the guide and not the services, enforcement team, etc. Xbox 360 is better than Xbox One due to it's unfair reasons, I loved how 360 was put more attention on, also remember how Xbox lost billions of dollars due to the Red Ring of Death,
many mistakes to be fixed causes many demands. take my feedback as improvement for Xbox, please.
