I'm very disappointed

Last week I posted a question regarding my sudden inability to use the Game Bar. I received an answer asking that I provide additional information which I immediately did. Since which time I have received no response.

I still cannot use the Game Bar and I'm still wondering why I can't.

My original question was: "I've been using Game Bar for quite some time but, recently, it has stopped working for me. I press the Windows key + G and it opens but when I press the button to Capture it says "We can't record right now. Try again later." Game Bar is enabled in Settings but it no longer functions as it always had.

The only change that I've made to my set up is the introduction of a new monitor but don't see how that would make a difference."

The additional information requested and provided was: "According to Settings/Windows Update I'm "Up to Date."

The Xbox app is up to date and there are no updates available.

"Record in the background while I’m playing a game" in Gaming/Captures was not selected but it is now. I then tried to record some game play but, again, got the message "We can't record right now. Try again later."

I am only ever signed into one Microsoft account for all activities."

A constructive answer to this question would be very much appreciated.
