    I can connect to everything EXCEPT servers I added.

    I used the correct IP, server address, and even the name. I can connect to everything else except my friends.

    When I try to enter, the server ping is just a red dot, and the number of players doesn't have anything other than the player symbol, but no numbers or counter. I reset the app, and even my phone, numerous times. Please help!

    Try following these steps.

    1. Open MCPE on the latest version (update via your app store)
    2. Sign into your Microsoft Account
    3. Head to the Minecraft store
    4. press on your profile on the top bar to go to your packs
    5. press on the down arrow button on the right hand side of the top row that has "Enter Search Here" and Sort Newest First. your pack should be there.

    As we understand you cannot connect to your Microsoft account in Minecraft on Nintendo Switch. Can we confirm if you have updated your device to the latest version? Have you migrated your account?

    We want to confirm if there is still and issue on this. if this is a known bug that is affecting the Switch platform that Mojang is aware of and closely working with the Xbox team for a fix. But I would suggest posting a comment over on this bug reporting site https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/issues/MCPE-34662?filter=allopenissues.
