I'm unsure of my email for my account, Russsies, and I'm not sure how I can get it back,

Have tried to log in with my same email for my main account , and instead I get another account that I created a while back, which is Russies. This profile has nothing on it, and I've tried multiple ways to get it back, and I've an idea of another
possible email which I used, but I want to know if anyone else has had this problem, and is there anyway to get back my main account or am I stuck with creating an account?

I've said several times, and I'm unsure how to further explain the fact that I am 100% sure I have the correct email, and that when I enter the email into any microsoft form, it states 'this email is not associated with a microsoft account'.

Microsoft deleted the email and phone number associated with my account, which I have spent $10,000 on, and refuses to let me speak to a human being about it.

Yet, they still continue to charge me subscription fees, with no way to cancel it!

I understand, would it be fine if we can try to rejoin your account with the family account? We will need to try managing the privacy settings using the parent account instead and see if that sorts out the issue.
