    I'm unable to share recent captures with my friends


    Hi Microsoft I had a problem with my Xbox so I did a hard reset and I cleared the persistent storage I went back on and now I'm unable to share any recent captures that have been made in the past and new ones that I have just made please can you change this
    and help me and give me a step by step guide on how to do it.

    Uploading Game Captures

    Hello!

    I'm having difficulty uploading a clip from my game capture. When I go to upload I get the following prompt: "You are unable to share game clips". I've gone through and checked my privacy settings, and I'm cleared to share clips. Why can't I share my game
    captures?

    Xbox One Custom Captures (Xbox Beta)

    I've been using the Xbox Beta app on windows 10, one of the many features is to upload custom pictures/captures so I decided to upload a capture of Black Ops 3. For whatever reason is does not show up in my console captures but when I click manage captures
    they pop up, but I am unable to share them with anyone, a error message keeps popping up saying 'Sorry, you are unable to share this at this time.' Can somebody please help?

    Clips

    If there were taken recently then go to "Capture & share" tab and go to " Recent captures ({number})" and it should be there. Hopefully this helps!

    Intructions on sharing screenshots:

    Hold Xbox button until you see a guide, Go to Captures & Share>Recent captures. This will allow you to see all your screenshots. Select the screenshot you want to share and then go to See all sharing options>Activity feed. This will now make your screenshot viewable to other people.

    Onedrive will not show your screenshots if you share it there.

    In order to capture a screenshot, during gameplay press the highlight Xbox button, then you will see the option press y for screenshot, once you've done this it will be uploaded to your console and Xbox live. Go to your recent captures by pressing the highlighted
    Xbox button in the middle of your controller, right bumper click over 2 times to capture and share,go down to recent captures, select it by pressing a button, and here you will see your recent captures. Select one of them and you will see it as an option to
    set as background.
