    Trying to link my Xbox to the xbox app on both iOS and Android but just keep getting a "something went wrong message". I've been trying for days.. can anyone help.

    I can see that you are having concerns linking your Xbox with the mobile app. Let me see how I can assist you with this concern.

    So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

    Before proceeding I would also recommend restarting both Android and IOS device and your console.

    Restart your Xbox

    From the controller, press and hold the Xbox button  on your controller, then choose Turn off console or Restart console > Restart.

    From the console, press the power button on the front of the console to turn it on or off.

    From the guide, press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select Profile & system > Power, and then choose Turn off console or Restart console > Restart.

    From the Settings menu, press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & startup, and then under Options, select Full shutdown or Restart now.

    If issue persists, create a new Profile then try to link again

    If this will complete most probably the first profile is corrupted.
