I'm unable to launch games from the Microsoft store

I understand what you are saying, but it directly contradicts what I was told by this technician. when I told him that the game wouldn't launch, the only answer I was given was it wasn't in my subscription. I'm getting conflicting information from both the Microsoft store and the Xbox app, as well as this technician and yourself, but I am still unable to play the game.

Where it says press enter to start, it pops up with “unable to continue, the content is currently installing.” Even though I have already downloaded halo reach. When i try and launch it from the microsoft store nothing happens, there is no response from
clicking the launch button.

1) I downloaded the game through Microsoft Store

2) Launch the game with same problem (press any key to start) agian & again

3) then close the game!

4) download Xbox (beta) from Microsoft Store

5) launch Xbox (beta)

6) launch Flight Simulator from Xbox (beta)

7) problem sloved with (press any key to start)

now looks like updating or something?

Still unable to play!

In my case, I uninstalled Xbox Game pass and Flight Simulator, install both again and run

After 5 hours (91GB download) everything was ok!

I'm not on an xbox but on PC with microsoft and i launch the game with microsoft store or xbox app
