I'm unable to join Xbox Live Rewards.

Hello,

I've been trying to join Xbox Live Rewards all day today and haven't had any luck. I keep getting a message telling me that I need an Xbox Live account to join. I've noticed that my gamertag doesn't show up when I sing in to the sweepstakes page.

Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because you need an Xbox Live account to join Xbox Live Rewards. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Connect to your Xbox One or Xbox 360

Step 2: Join Xbox Live*

Step 3: Come back and sign up for Xbox Live Rewards

If you have already taken the steps listed, please try again soon.

*After you create an Xbox Live account, it can take up to 96 hours for you to be able to join Xbox Live Rewards. If it has been over 96 hours and you still see this message,
please contact Xbox Live Rewards support using one of the methods here.

I've tried several times to sign up for Xbox live rewards but it says ''Leider kannst du Xbox Live Rewards im Moment nicht beitreten.

Es liegt einzig und allein daran, dass diese Aktion für deine Region nicht verfügbar ist.

Du solltest dies öfters überprüfen, da wir ständig neue Länder zum Programm hinzufügen.''

Some infos about my account:

My account is old and i made it when i was in another country .

Now i live DE and i think i changed the region ,andress and some infos.

Can someone look into my account and see what is missing or what is the wrong ;
