I'm Unable to Create a Microsoft Account on my Personal Email

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. If you already have an account created with an email, you are unable to create a new one. You can sign in with the email you are currently using and the password you used to use the account that was already
created. Otherwise, you will have to use a different email not associated to Microsoft or Xbox and create a new account.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Once an account has a gamer tag attached you are unable to move or combine accounts. In order to change the email you will have to create an email and not sign into anything Xbox with it. Once it created
you can add to your child account and then set as primary.

i created the xbox live account before they were connected to microsoft accounts so I'm unable to login since I forgot the password and I can't reset the password without access to the email.

I do have a microsoft account but its not connected to the xbox account

Yeh, that's what I thought, but to do that I have to remove my personal email from the auto-created account, and to do that it says that the Microsoft account will be deleted and this is the email I use for everything

Mainly I forgot the password. I have access to the email I used to create the gamertag. My xbox360 is in storage so I don't have access to it in order to fill out the questionnaire that microsoft is asking in order to recover the original account. I don't
have access to my alternate emails anymore either.

I have been trying to contact someone in person but have been unable to request someone to contact me.
