    I'm unable to connect with my friend in multiplayer games


    My friend recently bought an Xbox One and since he's been on we haven't been able to join each others games (Minecraft and Dead Island). We've both have open NAT types and have hard-resetted our consoles and we also re-synced our accounts. Nothing has
    worked so far and were trying to fix the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

    It may be a privacy setting. Otherwise it may have to do with the games having different updates. Try deleting your saved game for that game for the both of you and let it re sync. Hopefully that fixes your problem

    Yes we've tried sending invites directly to each other and also joining each others game session through their profile with no luck

    Yes we are able to connect with other players. The only issue is with us connecting directly with each other.
