    I'm unable to claim my points.


    I can't join to MyVip and my Region is changed to US but i can't Join it's type We're Sorry i change my Region in my Xbox one And my email to US region and it's Still type We're Sorry I'm unable to claim my points. :(.

    Please Help Me to join to XBOX LIVE REWARD

    and changed my Region.

    Cant claim my points for my Xbox one X

    I brought a Xbox one x and i am unable to claim the 50000 points from doing so can you guys please help me fix this problem.

    i have the Xbox one s and Xbox one x

    i have got both the Xbox one s and Xbox one x but i cant claim the point when i click on the Xbox one x it takes me to the store and says its unable to load and it does it with the Xbox one s is well and i don't know what to do or how to claim my points
    if you want proof i can put the code under my Xbox.

    In order for support to check into your issue, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you could give more details of what you're trying to do too that would help.

    Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending.

    I also bought a 4k point card, redeemed the points to buy content since i'm unable to use my card for purchases...even with the points card i still am unable to purchase any content. So, not only my card but also my points card will not work.
