I'm unable play gta online and fifa 17 online/ i have been wrongly banned what can i do?

basically i was gone out and had left a little cousin well i say little but he's 17 and he had wanted to play gta online as i came home he told me how this guy swore at him so he called him a 'paki' this guy then said to my cousin have fun till you get banned
which is why I'm under the assumption that I've been banned. My question is what can i do to overturn this ban because it isn't fair on me, I've read elsewhere that the ban is for 30 days or more but what i mean is I'm innocent my cousin is guilty so why should
his actions have such dire consequences for me. it also says your profile does not have permission to gta online

Xbox 360 and Xbox One

Hi,

I (have xbox 360) am unable to play FIFA 17 with my friend (he had xbox One) online.

I can see him in my friend list and in the FIFA friends online section but my friend is unable to find me in FIFA online list.

We have tried to add each as friends from both the console and from the browser (xbox site).

Can some one please provide some pointers as to what could be the issue?

Experiencing major lag and high latency with xbox one and fifa 17.

So I am unable to play fifa 17 online due to lag problems.I have tried most of the stuff out there.

I can play Multiplayer Overwatch but I can't connect in HUT for NHL 17. Does this make sense? If I had a ban wouldn't it be for all multiplayer online and not just HUT NHL 17?? I'm very confused.

I got an Xbox One yesterday and have been unable to play online, specifically Advanced Warfare and FIFA 15. I know the internet connection is good because I downloaded the game updates without a problem. And know I am logged into XBox Live because I downloaded
my profile and I can see my friends online. My NAT status is Open.

When I try to play AW online, I get "you must have an active network connection to play xbox live or system link matches".

When I try to play FIFA I get "you must be signed in to xbox live and the ea servers in order to access the online features of this title"

Again, I am online and connected to XBox Live. I know there have been issues because of the hack - is that what is causing the problem? It's hard to know since it's a new box and I haven't been able to play online with it yet.

I've just played some Fifa online and had no connection issues. Seems to be specifically GTA V I'm having this problem with, which is a slight relief
