i’m trying too into my xbox and it won’t let me because i can’t get a code that was sent to...

I can’t reach anybody every time I try it says to sing in and then it comes up with a error code saying it can’t sing me in and it won’t let me contact customer service so I’m at a lost here.

I’m having the same issue. Told me to connect to Xbox live but it won’t connect. I am connected to the internet because the other apps work. Can’t contact Xbox because their virtual assistant is a nightmare and freezes up.

So I tried to remove my account and re add it, but now it won’t even let me add an account back to the Xbox. Now I can’t use any apps. Basically stuck.

I’m having a similar issue where my career in seemingly vanished. I’m on Xbox One and just tried restarting game can’t get in with 2k support cuz it won’t let me sign up for account

There’s no offline update too be done it’s simply my game installs then says installation has stopped and it won’t restart I’m getting quite frustrated now because what’s the point in me paying for online etc if I can’t play the latest games is there someone who’s from Xbox who you can speak to about this is?
