I can see that you are having difficulties blocking someone. To block someone on Xbox, follow these steps:



1. Go to your Friends list.

2. Select the person you want to block.

3. Select More options.

4. Select Block.

5. Select Block again to confirm.

If you're still having trouble blocking someone, try restarting your Xbox or try to remove and re-add your Xbox profile.

What if that doesn't work?

it worked for me too l sent them a msg and it unblocked them

None of those worked... I blocked the communications by accident as well
