We understand you are having issues with your 2K game from your terabyte storage to the internal storage. This could be caused by a number of factors, such as a corrupted file, a faulty cable, or a software glitch.

To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:



1. Make sure your terabyte storage device is properly connected to your Xbox console and has enough free space to store the game.

2. Go to Settings > System > Storage and select your terabyte storage device. Then, select Transfer and choose the game you want to transfer.

3. If the transfer fails again, try to cancel it and restart your console. Then, attempt the transfer again.

4. If the transfer still fails, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game on your internal storage. To do this, go to My games & apps and select the game you want to uninstall. Press the Menu button on your controller and select Uninstall. Then, go to the Microsoft Store and download the game again on your internal storage.

Yes but there is someone who is helping me on the Xbox discord server saying that “Xbox (2001) and Xbox 360 games are all on internal storage I’m pretty sure” so I’m moving 1 game from internal storage to extender storage then move my xbox (2001) game to the internal storage I’ll see if that works if it does then my issue has been solved if not then I still need help. And for the link where it shows the error code the error code I got is not showing from there, so the link is irrelevant to me.

Not only just that, if I don’t have a lot of storage on my internal drive, and I sometimes play a game like apex or something, I’d rather that on my external, where I can still play and have fun without the transfers and unneeded storage being taken up on internal

The link I provided is actually having the same error you are experiencing and from what I have read, you only need to make more space to your storage and yes, you would need to use the internal storage for this as well on these games. If the transfer will not work, try deleting and installing the game again on the internal storage.
