I'm very sorry for the problem you're going through, so what you're talking about is that if you're having trouble trying to purchase an Xbox subscription, you may already have a suspended subscription. If so, you will have to pay the balance before you can purchase another one.

When you Subscribe the Game Pass Ultimate, you hava Game Pass Xbox and PC + Live Gold in one Subscribe

When you subscribed to Ultimate, Game Pass and Gold turn in one.

So, you cancelled both Gold and Game Pass.

Try to contact support if they can do something.

Im having the exact same issue, i load up r6siege and when i try to load a quick or ranked match it takes me to a page to learn more about game pass ultimate, i already have game pass (for console).This time around i didnt purchase ultimate to try and save some dollars. Dont tell me i have to spend more money to upgrade to ultimate, i dont even use the rewards and such..

If you've been subscribed to what since April? If you already have Game Pass Ultimate, you won't be eligible for the dollar deal. Otherwise, if you just have Gold and/or standard Game Pass, you'll be eligible.
