    So I'm trying to sing in my profile on pc with my username (bokiday8) and it tells me that this account does not exist, but when I search for this account (in Search for friends) I can find my account. Why is this happening? Please help.

    My suggestion depending on where you are having trouble changing your bio is as follows:

    If you are having trouble updating your bio on the xbox, try making the change on the xbox website on your pc (if on pc, try changing your profile bio on your xbox).

    There is no easy quick way to alter reputation, that is the very reason for the system, but it can be improved over time by altering whatever online actions have garnered a account so much bad online feedback.
