No no its not like that, maybe i didnt explain it properly - the audio, no matter how low its set on my surround sound, will crackle and pop my speakers on any game thats made by EA

EG, in NFS U2, in the game theres a slider control for master volume that the game out puts, or a slider of engine noises. If I push these sliders down, to reduce the volume that the game is outputting, it resolves the Problem.

The new NFS does not have this so there is no possible way for me the play the game without broken audio.

Nothing to do with voices or headsets.

Just set voice chat to play through the speakers, lower the master volume on games and switch the kinect VOIP on.

If I understand what you want, you can try going to settings -> system -> console -> audia disable sound effects. Will make all sounds disappear on dash. If that's on dash,

Ingame you can just set your volume lower, not the master volume but the effects volume or any other volume you want muted like music or effects usually and that's it.

You could try going to settings, general, volume & audio output. Then change the party chat output to headphones and speakers. Then try to record a clip and see if its better. Im really not sure if it’ll help to be honest, the only other setting could be
in the chat mixer try setting to do nothing and try to record, other than that im kinda stumped, could perhaps try a factory reset, select the keep games option.

Check that your capture settings are adjusted to your preferred settings. You can find this by pushing the Guide X button, captures and settings. You can set it to Allow Captures by you, or you and the game, the time duration, I use one min, Automatically
upload, Resolution and storage location. With automatic upload, I found that it caused delay in capturing because the console is trying to upload, while I was asking it to record again, and this just caused the system to get confused. Double check your capture
storage is set properly to Internal Storage, or an external storage formatted for pictures, not games.

To grab a quick screen shot push the Guide X button, then Y to snap a pic. To grab a clip push the Guide X button and X. These are quick button references to getting captures with limited interruption of game play.

In my experience, if I try to snap or clip too often or too quick it will not record them all. I try to wait for the notification to pop that the recording or pic was taken before taking another snap or clip.
