Check which account you logged into the console with. If you need to change the account, select Add or change.

Hey thank you for the reply! I already contacted my ISP and posted but like you said they do not reply.... Imho that is a real bummer!! I give up on Vodafone, although vodafone is the second biggest Provider in Germany the service is more than a joke...
And after more that two years they have not got one problem of the VodafoneTV set top box solved . I hope you don't mind me adding you

The issue with Tenure is still being resolved. My tenure is still at 0 also. They should have it fixed and registering the correct amount soon, we just need to be patient till then I'm afraid. Don't worry though, our correct tenure levels are recorded server
side so we won't miss out on anything.

There wasn't a line when I showed up for mw3 so I'm just hoping there won't be one this year either.

ive just realised that my gamerscores are now infact correct and have synced up to the right amount now.
