    I'm trying to play transformers rise of the dark spark on my Xbox one but it keeps freezing...


    The game keeps freezing up and/or crashing every time I try to load it up on my Xbox one under my account but it works perfectly fine with the other accounts on the Xbox that isn't mine, can I have a fix issue or an explanation about what's happening???

    That's odd Kenneth, so the game works perfectly if you play it with any other account except yours?

    Could you try this on your console:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    My achievements won't unlock all of a sudden.

    Have problems also today on transformers rise of the dark spark. One achev shows I'm 100 done but won't unlock two others in getting no progress. Tried rebooting Xbox doesn't work. Frustrated
