I’m trying to play on my survival world but it keeps saying it’s corrupted.

Hi I recently had a bug where my notiflications werent showing so I was told to delete my profile off my console and put it back on and I did. It worked, but when I went into Minecraft I now noticed all my worlds seemed bugged (like having a black and
white background and triple the original world size) but i figured that was no issue and that i could just load them up. As I loaded up my main world it said syncing data and it took like 30 minutes to sync but when it was done syncing I was just given the
message “The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where it’s in a good state and try migrating it again”. I have tried basically everything from uninstalling Minecraft, clearing local save games, clearing MAC
Adress, deleting my profile and putting it back on my Xbox, etc. If theres any way for me to fix it I would be extremely thankful because this world has 6 years of history on it with my friends and I. Plus the Nether Update came out Today so it would be fun
to play on my world and see all the new features. Thank you.

Access Application Data\.minecraft\saves. ...

Make a copy of the corrupted world folder & all files & folders inside, and rename it however you please. ...
Start Minecraft and create a new world, then save and close Minecraft. ...
Go back to Application Data\. ...
Cut the files (but not the folders) from the new saved world folder.

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

Is this happening on Xbox or PC?
If it’s on Xbox, what console do you have?
If it’s on PC, are you using windows 10 or 11?

In any case:
Is this happening only with this game or if you try a different game something similar happens?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

I uninstalled Minecraft and I can now see the world on my world list but whenever I try to edit or load the world it says “Failed to sync world data the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted try playing the world on a console where it’s in a good state and try migrating it again”

I’m sorry to hear your Minecraft Xbox 360 world is corrupted.

Would I know if you backed up this world before the corruption, or no backup has been made?

Hi thank you. I will try that. I'll try reset but keep games and apps first to see if that fixes my problem. Then I'll try more aggressive reset to factory.

if that doesn't work I'll just accept that the minecraft world is gone. I chatted with support 30 minutes ago and they say I probably had a corrupted file that synced to live and that is why I can't get my game world back because the saved data sync as
corrupted data.

But this reset to factory may clear out something that was keeping me from getting my game world. I'll give it a shot.
