Im trying to play minecraft and there is error connection refused no further information

Hello Lucas, I try typing in a server address from youtubers I watch and I get the error message "java.net.connectexception: Connection timed out : no further information". Servers I try connecting to are hypixel.

Same thing Says im connected but i cant do anything on live it says im not logged into live i test connection no errors but then try to play again same problem

Im sorry Im not replying with a solution. I get the same error code though and its been going on awhile. Usually on the third try it lets me connect. Please keep me informed if you figure out anything about this.
