Do you have an active game pass to play sea of thieves and gang beast? It will ask you to purchase Xbox live or game pass ultimate if you’re trying to play online/playing these games through game pass. Kindly also check your transaction thru https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure that you're on the right account where Ark was purchased.

Kindly sign in at account.microsoft.com/services. Let me know the subscription that are active on your account whether it game pass ultimate or game pass for console.

Please also try to remove/re-add your account. Kindly scroll left from Home to open the guide. Select Settings and select All Settings. Once we're on the settings page, let's select Account, select Remove accounts, then select the account you want to remove (the one that's experiencing the issue), and then select Remove. Once the account has been removed from your console, let's download your profile again to create a fresh version of the account data.

To add the account back to the console, let's return to the Home screen and scroll left to open the guide. Select Sign in, Select Add & manage and Select Add new.
