I’m unable to. I’m stuck in sort of loop when I try to log in into my account

No I have it on my Xbox and when I log into the Microsoft website on my Xbox it logs the account in but the password is the issue I’m having

On your old Xbox did you log out of your account before trying to transfer it? I know when I try to do a recovery of my account onto my other Xbox in my bedroom, I have to make sure it is logged out first on the other one.

The phone/number I’m using isn’t the one associated with the account. The one that’s on there is my previous phone number that I no longer have. The support team usually asks if I have access to the number on the account. so, I know it’s not the one I’m currently using. I guess I could barrow someone’s phone and try to log in real quick, is that what your suggesting.?
