I’m trying to log in to cross platform play for Minecraft dungeons on my ps5.

Kindly perform a power cycle on your PlayStation console and your network hardware (Modem or Router)

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Completely turn off your PlayStation 5:

You can either hold down the power button on the console

Or press the PS button on your controller > Go to the power icon and select Turn Off PS5

Once your PS5 is off unplugged the power cable from the back of the console

Now wait 5 minutes.

Plug the power cable back in and turn your PS5 back on

Plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Then try to check if you will be able to log in to Minecraft Dungeons for cross-platform play.

If it doesn't work, you will be needing to reach out to Mojang so they can check if your PSN account is linked to a different Microsoft account:

My friends and I are playing on the widows version of Minecraft, not java. And I don’t know about their NAT, but I’m sure its open

Not Xbox version or anything ike that. Just Minecraft.

The new one is cross platform

Hi I kinda have the same problem. On my PS5 I have a old Microsoft account linked to my Minecraft and no longer have access to the old Microsoft account and just need it unlinked so I can put my new Microsoft account on it so I can play cross platform

Xbox player can only play with Xbox players, and PC can only play with PC players. BUT, in the near to not to far future, we will be able to play CROSS PLATFORM, like Minecraft, and Dungeon Defenders Only when Xbox updates catch up to PC updates! Sorry for
any Inconvenience

The unfortunate part about playing Minecraft Dungeons on PC is that there are no cross-save, crossplay, or cloud saving. So if you play on PC 1, you'll have to make another character on PC 2. You cannot transfer your saves between platforms as well - such
as the Switch, Xbox, PS4, or PC.
