support.xbox.com/.../error-code-80153003 and still the sameissue persists. I paid $99.95 for this trilogy in australia and getting quite frustrated.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues playing a game. What game is it that you are playing? Have you ever been able to play that game before in the past?

Have you attempted to check the current network connection status to ensure that there is not an error occurring for the network? I suggest safely powering down your PC and then unplugging it from the power source for at least 5 minutes then plug it back
in and try again. Let us know with a reply a bit more information to determine how to best assist you.

I would also check to make sure you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription and make sure it hasn't expired.
