I'm trying to get a refund but can't contact support

So, I had an auto-renew go through on my debit card on April 2nd. I didn't notice it until about a few days ago, but why would I check my bank account if I'm quarantined inside and not spending money? Anyways, I'm trying to see if I can get my yearly Xbox
live subscription returned. I haven't played on Xbox in months. I'm waiting until I can get the new console and then I'm sure I'll purchase it again, but in the meantime, a broke college kid needs his money. Getting in contact with support has not been easy
at all. It says that live support is unavailable for this issue, and when I try to submit a ticket to get a return, the purchase isn't listed, so I can't do it that way either. I'm pretty annoyed with the whole situation. If anybody has any solutions for me,
I would really appreciate that.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the purchases.The only way to get a refund is through the form. Here is some additional information regarding the refund process.

In regards to requesting a refund you will need to do so online. Click here to learn

to complete the refund request form.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

Try contacting xbox support don't see why you can't get a refund

You Will need to contact Xbox Support to get a refund, If You talk to Xbox Support and they Tell You can't get a refund you could try to talk to someone Else of Xbox Support, but If even so they Tell You can't so there is nothing to do.

It's weird because You can't buy a game twice, try to contact Xbox Support André get a refund.

Hello Hamster, are you trying to request a refund for a game that you've already received a refund for once?

If yes, refund requests have to be done online.

To request a refund for your game you will need to login to your account where you purchased the game or subscription and complete this form below for a refund, you will also need the order code for each item you wish to refund.

There, all you have to do is follow all the requirements requested when filling in the form, and then wait for an email with a response to the request.

This can take up to 72 hours.
