    First of all, thank you for trying this hard to help me :)

    I downloaded Xbox Insider Hub and I joined the preview program, but nothing popped up! I didn't have a single issue logging in xbox live and joining the insider program...

    I don't have an xbox console anymore (I'm doing everything on PC) and, sadly, I don't have any friends with an Xbox gaming system (they all quit gaming or play on PS4)...

    Isn't it called the Xbox Insiders program now? And I think you can just download the Insider Hub from the store. There is no more waiting, unless your account is suspended or banned.
    It is, but you still have to join different "rings" within the program and it'll say pending until you've completely joined. I'm not sure how long it takes, but usually it can take a few days.

    Mixer has been removed for all Xbox Insiders if you still want to stream to Mixer to until July 22nd, leave the Insider program (don't worry once you join again you will be able to join the same ring you are in now)

    All Xbox Insiders will no longer see these on their console:

    • Mixer content tile on the Home dashboard
    • Searches and Pins referencing Mixer
    • Mixer application in My games & apps
    • References to Mixer streaming, or content tiles, in Guide
    • Mixer streams, as well as “Start broadcast” found in Guide
    • Mixer broadcast mic options in Settings
    • Party co-stream capabilities
