contact with the support in https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and the chose subbscription option

due subscription is not able to be cancelled until the past due is paid off. You could pay the subscription, then cancel it right after.

due subscription needs to be paid off to cancel the subscription. Once you pay the past due amount you can then cancel it out.

past due subscriptionis not able to be cancelled
until the past due is paid. You can pay the amount due then cancel immediately afterwards. In some cases the charge is auto refunded.
