I'm trying to buy Realms but it is blocked by Family Settings

I'm having this issue, and idk even how. I'm not part of a family, my account has never been anything but an adult account, and this issue is recent. I can't buy a Java realm because it says I don't have permission, like my money my card my game wasn't permission enough. Sometime it even throws an error, the error specifying it was blocked by family settings. Where tf are "family settings"? I can't find em on the xbox, on xbox.com, microsoft, accounts.live, I even downloaded the "family settings app" which had nothing. How do I fix this so I can make my purchase and move on?

All resolved now. Just needed tolo leave a longer period after amending parental controls. Thanks all.

1. Are we on Minecraft website or Minecraft Launcher or Minecraft website when this error message prompted?
   
2. Please check that you can access the Microsoft Family website: (click here). Let us know if your account is the organizer and your child's account is a member.
   
3. Please follow this link: (click here) and sign in to your account. Let us know if you can see your gamertag and your child's gamertag.

Please sign in to account.xbox.com/settings and ensure none of the multiplayer permissions are blocked.

I also suggest checking the link below, as it has all the steps to take to edit those privacy settings:

I'm trying to set up an Xbox Live or Microsoft Account (including Realms access for Child Accounts!)

If you are a child account you will not be granted access to the link above, as it requires an adult account from the family group to change the settings on behalf of you!
