I’m trying to add my Xbox 360 onto the app but it’s not coming up how do I do it?

Unfortunately it's not possible to add Xbox 360 consoles to the Xbox app; this is only possible with Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S consoles.

I’m having the same problem would it work if I’d just add money onto my Xbox that way instead of trying to buy it with a card?

okay, so recently I got a 25 dollar gift card that is a visa. I go onto xbox.com and I want to buy halo reach for my xbox one( I am trying to buy the 360 version and hope that it will show up on the ready to install section in games and apps on my xbox one).
I add my gift card info and all that and I go to purchase it and whenever I do that it says that the purchase could not be completed at this time. could someone please help me???

Also, I’m not sure how to find out if my hard drive is a Microsoft...it is built in

No errors or anything. Just as a side note, the store on my Xbox also doesn’t come up properly. And if I try to go to the Xbox site on my phone, the page doesn’t fully load if I’m connected to my WiFi but as soon as I come off it the site loads perfectly. It is very bizarre behavior. I’m thinking it has something to do with my internet in my house but I’m not sure what could be causing it.
